Common questions
Is this the official WhatsApp API?
No. It connects with a QR code, like WhatsApp Web. No Meta approval needed. WhatsApp may block a number used for spam, which is why messages go out drip-style.
Can I keep using WhatsApp on my phone?
Yes. W-WhatsApp is one more linked device: whatever you write from your phone is also logged in the CRM.
Does it work with WhatsApp Business?
Yes, with both WhatsApp and WhatsApp Business.
Can I send bulk campaigns?
No. It's prohibited by our terms. The app is for handling conversations and follow-up, not unsolicited messages.
Does it work with my workflows and AI bots?
Yes. It works as a messaging provider in HighLevel, so your automations and AI agents can send through WhatsApp.
How are sub-accounts counted for pricing?
Each sub-account where the app is installed counts as one. The price per sub-account drops with your total: 1-9, 10-24 or 25+.
